Limited Guarantee:

Limited gurantee under the manufacturer means that all parts installed by Same Day Service Co. Inc. will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal use. In the event a part should fail to perform, Same Day Service Co. Inc. guarantees it as follows:

90 days Labor

**Single familly Dwellings (single familiy use)

5 Years on Parts**

Commerical and all others:

90 days on Parts

** The following exceptions have 1 year guarantee on parts and do not qualify for the 5 year guranatee:

Ice Makers & related parts, trashcompactors, clocks, cookmasters, ERC's, all electronic boards including touchpads, re-manufactured or rebuilt parts.

Disposals or any other new equipment installed are covered by manufacturer guarantee.
